Eloda.biz — lemfo lem7 with 2 earbuds

I order for lemfo lem 7 smart 4g lte watch with 2 earpods but i gets a cheap watch which is not working and nothing else please help me in getting my money back and returning the wrong product.
I will be very thankfull to you if you help me and make action towards such companies like eloda, zeby, watchler etc such that they cant do so again and again and not any other guy can be fraudled.
