Eloda.biz — mobile phone realme 6

I placed an order from eloda. Biz
Website and it is showing that my order is confirmed i have the proof.
Screenshot is been saved and the payment (2999 rs) was deducted from my account but it didn't provide me any information regarding the shipping order or order cancellation.
I saw the order ad from facebook.
But facebook is not holding any responsibility.
Yesterday even 2 times i have mailed but it didn't reply regarding the order or cancellation.
But still not received any reply pls help me for this.
I have full proof and evidence with me.
