Eloda.biz — not get delivery of product and not get answer on customer care

My name is milin thakor. I have ordered online on 11th april 2018 at 6:10 pm from eloda. Biz website. Order id : 53905. Even today i didn't get my product. Please take strict action on that online shopping company. And get my money back from it.
Till today i didn't get any update from eloda about delivery of product and any feedback. They even don't care about customer that product is actually delivered or not. I think it is fraud company. Just want my money back from eloda. Not interested to buy product.
