Eloda.biz — Phone ordered but not delivered

I have brought a cell phone from eloda. Biz online. Payment made by credit card of hdfc bank. I ordered it as on05/08/2020.. But still as on 14/08/2020 i donot recieved my ordered mobile phone. So you are requested to either deliver the ordered phone or return the amount paid to the company. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
