I had ordered a smart watch (Lemmfo lem7 4g-lte gps smart watch 2gb+16gb eld-lm77) on eloda. Biz on 30/09/2018 with order id:

Shipping method: free shipping
But i received a fake item, which might be costly around rs.600. While i opened that from courier office, i could understand that i have been cheated. From there itself i repacked and kept inside the same packet. Then i tried to contact first over their contact details

Then i requested return the product through their website on the same day (Return id: #6521 awaiting products 10/06/2018 148266), but i did not get any mail or sms from the company yet to notify me that your return request has been received and will proceed. So please help me as well as other public by taking appropriate action against companies like this.
I hope an immediate action from concerned to solve my issue as well as to save others from cheating.
