Eloda.biz — wrong and sub standard quality product sent

I placed an order on http://eloda.biz via facebook portal.
The product i placed an order against is - lemfo lem7 and paid rs.2800 approx. I received a wrong product and tried to raise a complaint against them on their support email and tried calling their support telephone number which turns out to be a wrong number.
