I received a What's App message from the "ELOKA SOLUTION" Company that they are providing genuine Free Investment home based form filling work projects. The job is about to fill 700 forms in 7 days. Company write me send some documents from genaret your work I'd. Document:-
"Adharcard, Voter Card, Pasport Size Photo, Blank Peper Signature".
After I send all documents & next I'd creat successful, then Company speak Company's hidden Rules :-
"(1) You must have to fill all the forms within time period which is 07 days.
(2) From 700 forms your 630 forms must be correct that mean company is allowing mistake up to 70 forms only...
(3) I[censored]nable To Complete And Submit The Work Or Unable To Achieve Accuracy Then Company Will Not Pay Any Amount,
(4)14000 your weekly salary 5k registration fee deducted from your first salary."
I start the work, completed the given work, submitted the work before the deadline. After 2 days they sent me a report and in that report, there is only the status column which is shown as wrong for every form I submitted. They didn’t mention the mistakes which I made in the form and simply they gave the status as wrong.
Later one day an advocate SAGAR RATHORE from Unknown Place Mail me that :-
"This Intimation LETTER Informs you That ELOKA SOLUTION has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or NOT COMPLETED or FAIL IN YOUR WORK Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT."
I didn’t give them any reply. I received a 2nd message that :-
"FIR has been registered FIR NO- [protected] advocate Nehal sharma. Kindly clear your dues otherwise legal action would be taken by court and police, legal arrest warrant is issued against you seres no- UP16827401 and soon it has been forwarded to local police."
I not accept & agree any contract paper signe, but company make a fake contract paper and attached this paper my all documents & signature.
Please help & support me quickly.
