[Resolved]  Elpro International School — Admission Cancellation fee is not refunded since almost a year

We have cancelled the admission for my daughter Viha Umesh Kute for K2 class @ Elpro International school, Chinchwad, Pune, on 11th March 2020. We met principal mam, Ms. Aarti Kanwal and submitted the cancellation letter. Since then we have been following till now.

It's been almost year now. No response from school is received yet despite regular follow-up. Due to Covid-19, we are really going through a tough time. We are really hopeful that our concerns are heard and a positive response is received for this complaint/grievance.
