In September my wife got the call regarding lucky winner of Elysium company. When we reached over there they had introduced us the scheme regards to vacation plans which cost for 95000/- RS We told them we don't want such kind of scheme .But after several request we told them give us one or two day to think. But they told us this scheme is valid for the only single day. So hence they had introduced us some smart scheme we were ready to accept it. But still we were requesting them to give us 1 or two day bt they refused for this.
So we agreed and swap our credit cards costing 85000 and 10000 by net banking.
In the mid of meeting they had assured us that will get call from their team on the occasion of our birthdays, and anniversary.
In month of December and January we both were waiting for the call but no call received from them. Also the same time in meeting they promised us "we will get cash back in this year end which is cost Rs. 20000 " which is for unused vacation. Initially we trust them due to there good behavior and quick response to our query. But from the month of December when we contact them for said refund of Rs. 20000. They asked us to send an email request as per the procedure . So I send the email for the refund request. But from then onwards there were no response from long time then we trace the number from online This. After the customer care call they assured us to revert in next 2 days .But no response. Cycle of follow ups was going on for a month. But no satisfied answer. Now we full cheated from elysum company.
They are just giving lollipop... And afterwards they are showing their attitude..
