Elysium Technologies — IEEE project irresponsibility

hi there, i've done my project at Elysium Technologies Coimbatore through online. They are not at all responding properly.. i've my semester review on 9 april 2014. till 7 april 2014, they didnt give the project installation procedure.. such an irritating people. they were highly responsible, before i paid the fees 7000. once, i paid the amount, i didnt get any phone call from them. also i got an sms that i've paid only 1000 to them. i've taken leave the whole day to get the installation from them. such an irresponsible staffs are working there.. kindly take any action.
