Dear sir/ madam, My name is nayan kumar and residing in jammu. My wife is prescribed one of your product named as galact granules by doctor. She had consumed more than 3 bottles. But recently she has observed change in the taste, which is taste like fungus contaminated granules, appearance is also different (Dark) from previous samples also it has bad order that she about to vomit. As previously she had consumed 3 bottles she is familiar to the physical characteristics of the product. I have hal[censored]sed bottle and one unseal bottle with me which were observed unusual from previous used samples. Unseal bottle is also seemed to be different in granules elegancy from outside looking. Details of the samples are as below: Name. This is ayurvedic product and slight difference in appearance is expected due to seasonal variation of Shatavari input source. Product have mild Cardamom flavour.
Checked our retained samples and found ok in all aspects. Additional comment can be done after investigation of actual complaint sample.
