My father retired from army as hony subedar major on 30 jun 1991 from eme. His service jc no was jc - 120783m. As per circular no 585 dated 21 sep 2017 issued by pcda allahabad, the notional pay was to be fixed and pension was to be revised. As per circular he should have got a copy of the same from your end. As of now nothing has materialised. It is requested that he may please be issued with a copy of the same alternatively please inform him about the expected delay if any. Thank you
