Sir, i jc-764771h sub raj kumar majumdar retired from army on 31 oct 2015. My original ppo no s/24175/2015 (Army). Since then two corrigendum ppo has been issued but i have not received till date. My home address is " sai ram apartment, 3rd floor, flat no a, vill-nanna, po - jetia, distt - 24 parganas (N), pin - 743135, west bengal. Request necessary action please.
