EME Records Secunderabad — preparation of eppo regarding

Sir, it has been noticed that records offices are going to prepare e ppo and requird pan no, adhar no etc for this, kindly let me know how i submit the required information to ur good office, as i am retired from eme on31/05/2001,. My army no is ex 14586662h hav clk raj pal.
