Emibazaar.com — Delivery not received

I have order Egate Compact LED Projector- G7 on 14/07/15. But till 08/08/15 I have not received delivery. I have written 3 mails but didn't get any reply. I tried to contact customer care for 10 times but only 2 times I could connect. The person said I will call you back but didn't get callback. I tried to track the delivery online but it says this order does not exist in our record. Company has charged Rs. 2306.85 to my HDFC credit card in the name of Aasaan Retails Pvt Ltd. So I want either projector or refund my money.
