I have given a order of protoner weight lifting package order id[protected] at 22nd march of rs 1986 which i have paid throgh my credit card of icici bank.As per their rule it would come within 15 days. But after 15 days no product has come and company has no responsibility to inform the customer that they would not be able to give the product instead when i contacted them they gave me false assurance that it would come within 7 days. again after 10 days when i contact to them again they done the same thing and after 1 month of delay(approx) the associate told me that the order has cancelled. Think i[censored] r customer its ur responsibility to check everytime the status o[censored]r product? right now they told me that they have no facility to inform me via sms or via mail. Please help me regarding this matter i am totallky unsure that would i get my money back or not? Cont. no.-[protected]
I also send u a mail copy which they sent to me when imailed them. after that they cancelled my product but not given me mail or sms. Please help me.
