After payment Eminence team sent me Agreement/Contract for for package/order but I want to cancel the order and not Sign the Agreement. I haven’t not sign or replay on Agreement/Contract because I don't want to go ahead with this contract and T&C so...

My brother in law applied for visa through eminence immigration and paid 88, 500/- to the company but within a month he expired. We tried to reach them through customer care and gave all the details but they are saying we will not refund the amount. The behaviour of there agents is so bad and are so insensitive. Emimence immigration is a fraud company with fraud people. I have lost my rs.57k plus because of them. I did a registration for canada pr visa. When I checked my eligibility I was 41 and I had only degree. They promised after giving none right away they will create profile but they send me agreement with some crucial points. Eminence agent misguided me. I was informed everything wrong about their refund policies. I was told about providing job assistance and also about providing 100 percent refund if I don't get a visa and also was promised accommodation. The company's website has used the logo and trademark of iccrc - regulated agency for the immigration consultant in canada without mentioning the name of the iccrc regulated member of good faith and standing with the registration number. The government of canada has termed such illegal consultants as "ghost consultants" who are doing business and filing canadian immigration files by carrying illegitimate business....
