Due to covid time restriction they could not do my visa process so i asked for cancellation process and they denied refund- i have not taken any service from them still they are denying the refund

I have paid Rs 96, 000/- for New Zealand Visa paid service on December 2019. Till date I am chasing for the refund. Every month I am sending a mail, but they are silent. One felow, named Vanshi Krishna picked up my call earlier, but for last 2 months he also denied my phone call.

Eminence Immigration not cancelling my order.
I paid(90040/-) my full amount yesterday(saturday[protected] and today is Monday(14/12).

After payment Eminence team sent me Agreement/Contract for for package/order but I want to cancel the order and not Sign the Agreement. I haven’t not sign or replay on Agreement/Contract because I don't want to go ahead with this contract and T&C so I'm not signing and requesting Cancellation.

If I will go ahead with agreement/comyract then I'm in. but the process is not started today and I have not replay on Agreement for and refuse.

But the Consultant not refunding my Amount.

Company told me we have stared work but I told him we have started work for Assessment process which I have Pais 1499/- RS.
No work with this it's fine assessment is done and I paid. but in this case we have not started the file. because As per our discussion After Agreement/ Contract we will start file.

So I have Paid 90040/- rs and want to cancel before starting. It's not 24 hour (Working Hour) till I paid and Also I have not Signed Agreement. As per His Terms and condition I am cancelling order before Agreement/contract.

As I have seen All the reviews and all complaints for Eminence consultant and all are same there are many frauds done form Eminence.

Please check Attached Screenshots I have paid full amount in two transaction.
I want refund. I m raising complaints in 24 hours of payment.
And now not replaying me on email.

Note: I have not used any services after payment of 90040/- : required refund (requested refund within 24 hours afters of payment without using any service and not sign any agreement)

My brother in law applied for visa through eminence immigration and paid 88, 500/- to the company but within a month he expired. We tried to reach them through customer care and gave all the details but they are saying we will not refund the amount. The behaviour of there agents is so bad and are so insensitive. I have made numerous calls but they don't listen and say they will arrange a call back that never happens. They don't reply to mails also.

Emimence immigration is a fraud company with fraud people. I have lost my rs.57k plus because of them. I did a registration for canada pr visa. And when they sent me the agreement, i informed them that i don't want to continue with your service. And after that their fraud face came infront of me. They took 2+ month tp reply my email that they will not give me refund. I did asked for reason. No reply from their end. So now look at why i don't wanted to continue with their service:
1. Their agreement have too many conditions which are not in favour of customer.
2. I did informed within timeline that i have some issues with the agreement.
3. Once you pay the amount, the consultant would not assist you and ask you to talk legal department. (And their legal department is a joke)

This is my very kind request to all people that please don't believe on what they say and keep your money safe.

When I checked my eligibility I was 41 and I had only degree. They promised after giving none right away they will create profile but they send me agreement with some crucial points. Later process team updated me first complete transcription and ielts then will create profile. It took time from university to for some correction also mean while I checked with other agent they said after 40 it’s not possible to get migration visa only with degree if not we should have PG and IELTS with band 8 also should have brother or sister in Canada. Now when I am asking for money back they are demanding for 2 candidates then they will provide me money. Asking me to part of cheating my friend as well. Please help me to get justice on this

I have paid the amount of 65k for Canada immigration. But unfortunately I can't process further due to my personal reason I should stay in India. So I cancelled the canada immigration process. Then I called the Eminence people to process the refund but they denied to refund my amount. Simply mentioning that company is not reliable for refund. I would request here to make refund of my amount. Kindly help people
please look into this matter and take the remedial steps.

Eminence agent misguided me. I was informed everything wrong about their refund policies. I was told about providing job assistance and also about providing 100 percent refund if I don't get a visa and also was promised accommodation. While doing the payment I asked the agent multiple times about the refund policy and she kept on repeating the same stuff over and over again. When I got my stamp paper agreement I found out that nothing about refund the way she promised was mentioned in the paper so I refused to sign it. I requested them for giving my money back since my file was not touched. From the time I had requested for refund they stopped receiving my calls or responding to my emails. They are looting people from a long time you can check Google reviews. All like am asking for is refund because their agents initially told lies and I never got an email mentioning about the refund policies before I did the payment. This loot needs to be stopped

This is a complaint about eminence immigration consultants (Location : hyderabad).

More or less similar situation like above case and I am another victim from the same place.

I am an engineering graduate and was aspiring to immigrate to Canada. On making my own research initially, I tried my luck with IELTS and couldn't get beyond 6.5 score. Mean while I also finished with my WES(Transcript verification part) which is a mandate for immigration. I almost lost all my hopes as I was not forwarding on my IELTS attempts.

One fine day I got call from this Eminence immigration consultants(Not sure how they got my number). With high corporate communication skills and strategical marketing plans they have told me that my present IELTS score is enough for processing to one of the Canadian province.

As the story begin here carefully if you observe I was miss guided from the initial step that is evaluation by paying 1416/- INR. which I paid and the Counselor confirmed my profile is very much suitable for further process.

As part of next step and reconfirmation on NO IELTS Score requirement from counselor Neelam (Neelam ) I made a payment of 59000/- INR for further processing my profile to Canada PNP programs (initially to SINP). I had signed the contract. They were reluctant to mention that NO IELTS score is required in the agreement copy and Neelam assured my Canada process to be successful within 3 months.
I received a introduction mail from process manager named Sharief. Many mail chains went on asking my required documents that I had submitted immediately as and when required. As I was already ready with my WES verification over by then in my own, there is nothing much in Eminence process.
I visited Eminence office located at Madhapur. After having a discussion with Sharief, he dropped me a mail w.r.t mandatory certification to be obtained called CIPS which was costing another 50000/- INR. When I asked why it was not guided earlier, before I payed 59000/- INR, he said it was part of process don't know why it was not intimated. I further tried to verify on this exam but no where it is mentioned about this.

At this point I understood i have chosen a wrong consultant. I mailed them about my refund back as it was being misguided. I received a mail from Niharika who is supposed to be my case officer from Legal Team of Eminence Immigration Consultant Pvt Ltd.

Another story starts from here. I received mail from Niharika stating "This mail is regarding your request for the refund.As per the Eminence policy, there is no refund applicable to the case where the applicant cannot get the desired score.The best we can do is keep your application on hold. Kindly resume your process after attaining required IELTS score." That was an eye opening response and since then I was never followed up by Eminence again till I approached them for my refund.

This time I had been introduced to a lady named Arshiya who is supposed to be floor manager of Eminence Immigration Consultant Pvt Ltd, Himayathnagar. She then made me speak to Rehman from Legal Team of Eminence Immigration Consultant Pvt Ltd.

On my visit to Himayathnagar Eminence office, Rehman negotiated on time and mailed me stating "Dear Ms. Varsha, As per our telephonic conversation, I will be looking into your request for refund and will get back to you."

After multiple visits and followup's to their they eventually try to escape from the situation either by not picking the call or stating that the officer is not there on the floor.

I go all the way from Miyapur to Himayath Nagar which is around 15 kilometers from my home just to here some stories. Interestingly when I started showing my anguish on one of the floor manager Arshia, she asked me to leave the floor as it is not Eminence Legal Office.

Dear readers/ friends : Please remember all the points stated below.

1. Do not fall in to these money trap pits. They recruit high skilled marketing girl's whose job is just to lure people by making false promises. They make you pay the money initially and their job is done.

2. You would be introduced to a new team where they would act as arranging a paper work for you. Eventually you would be missing some or other paper's which they say its mandatory for the process. IELTS or CIPS in my case and their job is done.

3. You would start followup as you are the one who lost money. The one who followup regularly will be assigned to a legal department. Mostly would be a male goons. They wont respond to your call, emails and always escapes from the situations.

Please let me know if any body are going through the same situations with this consultant.

I don't mind investing extra money on this. But I want to teach these culprits a good lesson. I would be strengthened if some body joins me. I want to enlighten all other who can be their next victims.
Together we can and we will make a difference.

Eminence gave me wrong commitment and initially when i raised then they pull me with false statements and i relied on them.

After that their case officer disnt worked for 1.5 months even i asked them to work. Then, finally i asked that refund my money as from initial day 1, i am not satisfied. I have all emails with me.

People involved : farah, meher, legal team, mounika, managment.
They are now denying. Dont rely on such immigration services.

Very pathetic behavior of Niharika as noone is supporting in my case and legal action i need to take for my refund. They agreed on their gaps and giving me aolution which i cant accept after wasting my 4 months as attached. See their services :

No commitment, no escalation mateix, noone to listen.

Their Sr Leadership team called me and gave me satisfaction that they will close the refund matter but Mr Akbar Rahmani/Syed Nizam noone responding now and they make me fool from last 5 months and I am messed up following up. Noone bother to call back. This is extremely serious concern from any organization.

Sales team want to sell and then noone to listen.

The company's website has used the logo and trademark of iccrc - regulated agency for the immigration consultant in canada without mentioning the name of the iccrc regulated member of good faith and standing with the registration number. The government of canada has termed such illegal consultants as "ghost consultants" who are doing business and filing canadian immigration files by carrying illegitimate business.

I have applied for canada jobs and they have took my details and 1500 rs. For eligibility check. Post the payment they have not even receive my calls nor replied to my emails. They have told their turn around time is 24 hours. However its been more than two weeks. Also has been checked with ministry of external affairs and came to know that they are not registered agents under and not legally bounded immigration consultants for the same. I lost my money however i do not want anybody else loosing money again this type of cheaters.. Please be aware. Before making any decision workers[protected]..

This is a complaint about eminence immigration consultants (Location : hyderabad).
As per my initial discussion, evaluation was done by the consultant and they updated that my profile is suitable for canada as well as australia for immigration purpose.
In march 2015, i made a payment of rs 51300 in march 2015 and requested him to process my file for australia and the agreement was signed with the consultant.
After payment was done, i was communicated by the consultant that i need to wait till january 2016 to complete 9 years of relevant experience to claim the 5 experience points for australia, as there will be deduction of few years from my total work experience. At the same time, they offered to apply for canada under “express entry” as the profile was suitable for canada as well by paying 40% additional fee of the amount paid earlier. I made a payment of around rs 23000 in january 2016 as well.
It’s been more than 1 year 6 months when the communication started with eminence and more than a year when the payment was done for australia process, however i am nowhere at this point.
All the educational, experience and duty letters were shared well in advance and still the scrutiny was not done at all from the eminence executive and as the outcome the job code chosen was acs was network admin instead of network and system engineer. Consultant never checked with me about the job code and proceeded with his own will.
Due to his negligence, acs result was negative which was done by australian computer society after making a payment of rs 28000. So over all consultant has wasted my more than 1 lac inr.
When i asked the reason for such a negligence, eminence updated that they are not responsible for the acs results and they are sorry about the wrong job code chosen. When i had a word with the eminence escalation team they also agreed about the wrong acs job code chosen by the representative working on it, still he said he is sorry about whatever happened however getting a negative result is not in eminence’s control.
I asked for the escalation matrix multiple times from the representative and even to the person i spoke to from the escalations team, but they kept on committing me that they will disuss and come back to me in a week’s time, but i was not contacted. After multiple follows up they kept on changing the committed timelines and said that they will give me a final resolution by april’16 second week, however, no one contacted me even after sending reminder to them.
I would thereby request you to please look into this matter and take the remedial steps.
