This is very long story so please read carefully. This story is capable of saving at least 50-60k inr of your hard earned money.
Even if you don't read the full story, at least read summary which will allow you to detect when they are laying their trap.
I took stock cash regular services on april 11 on trial basis by paying rs 3540. Then i subscribed for stock cash regular by paying rs5900 on april 27 where the assigned executive, ms. Radhika promised that i can pay remaining half amount at start of month of may. Which i was going to do but the executive changed my plan to stock cash quarterly service without my knowledge. Then, on may 1st, the executive told me that she has changed my plan because company is giving me offer and i will have to pay only rs 10000 more for services which will have validity of 90+30 days.
I agreed and paid rs 10502 for the services on may 1st thinking that this will be it.
But to my surprise i again got call from ms. Radhika stating that i have to pay gst amount of rs 6000. Please note that from the start she kept telling me that payment that i am making has gst included.
Anyways, after inspecting i found that gst comes to be around rs 3500 but ms. Radhika kept saying that i have to pay gst on the actual company value of services and not the amount that i paid for it. Services' actual price was rs 28000 so even on this amount gst comes around rs 5100.
But she told me that this time i have to pay gst on gst amount (Rs 5100) which i plainly refused. At this points i talked to their regional development executive mr. Rahul, who kept insisting that this is how it works and government takes tax on value of service and not the actual amount that the company charge.
Not only this but he kept saying that i have to pay gst on gst amount. After a long discussion he told me that i should pay only rs 5130 for gst of service. Which you please note is gst on company price of service (Rs 28000) and not the price that the company actually charged me (Rs 18000).
I paid this amount and thought this time it will be over.
Then, on may 2nd, i received a message stating that due to non payment of dues my membership is getting cancelled. At this point i was highly frustrated with these people and talked to ms. Radhika, mr. Rahul and sales manager mr. Sajjid. All of them simply refused to help me with the matter and kept talking rubbish about how i am getting extra services for low prices and citing rules which state that any amount which i pay can not be refunded to me under any circumstances.
I asked and asked that either they give me offer that they promised or refund the extra money that i gave them, but they kept saying like mentally challenged people that this offer is great and i have to pay once and i will get best services for 90+30 days as per offer.
I didn't wanna pay any money at this time but the executives were hell bent on extorting money from me. After wasting my precious time with them mr. Sajjid told me that if i pay rs 8000 then the company will give me services for full five months.
At this point i had already lost rs 20000 in stock market due to their tips and paid them a total of rs 25000 and i was afraid of losing all that money so i paid rs 8000. I did this only after i received a mail from the company's email stating that after this payment my services will resume and continue for period of five months.
After all this charade, i got invoice stating that my services will end in 3 months. I was scared that again they are going to extrort more money so after begging to mr. Sajjid for days and days, he told me that he will get it rectified and will send me invoice which will state that my services will be valid for 5 months.
Till date, after hearing mr. Sajjid's countless excuses, i have not received that invoice.
Now on around may 6th mr. Rahul told me that i am not able to receive his calls (Because of nature of my job) that's why i'm making loss and best way to earn more money by spending lesser time is to take company's signature plan.
Please note: from the first day i clearly told them that i can't take all their calls and they have to contact me via messages which they agreed to. Now they were saying i can't pick up my call so i was making loss.
I knew that this might again be a new attempt of extorting money but mr. Rahul kept making claims that with this plan he will make me rs 10000 daily surely. So i asked him that if he is so sure then he should give me trial.
Intially he refused to give me trial because i clearly told him that if he give me trial only then i will think about buying this plan. So finally he told me that company doesn't allow for trials but he will provide me signals that he is going to receive.
I said ok to him and next day we traded. That day i analysed and found that i can't give any more money to the company so i clearly told mr. Rahul that i can't purchase signature plan because i dont't have money.
At this point he kept insisting me that he will activate signature plan in my account and told me that i don't have to pay any money for plan untill i make profit. I still kept saying that don't do this again, last time also ms. Radhika did same to me and i don't want that charade again.
But ultimately after my continous refusal, mr. Rahul activated signature plan.
He told me next day that it's ok and i don't have to pay money now. I was stuck now so i agreed to this plan but only after mentioning to him thousand of times that i won't pay them any money now.
After trading till may 10th, mr. Rahul told me that i have to pay rs 25000 if i want to keep my account active otherwise company will deactivate all my offer and take away all my money.
Summary of story:
1. Please don't give them a single paisa. If sebi is not taking action then we can at least try to starve them of any money. If you still wanna try then continue reading...
2. They will make false claims of making you profit of rs[protected] or at least 2-4% of your leverage. They will claim this will be your daily profit which will never come true. Such claims are by the way illegal according to rules of sebi but they are still doing it,
3. Initially they will give you very good tips but as soon as you take a plan, they will give you very bad signals. You will lose money and this is where they will force you to take upgraded, more expensive plan. Be on high alert when this happens.
4. Even if you have purchased one plan, don't fall for upgrade. Simply cut your losses and leave this company. Or at max stay until your plan expires and leave then.
5. If you are not doing anything mentioned above, at least be careful when they say that "i will activate upgraded services because its on offer" or "... Activate upgraded services and you don't have to pay now" and other similar commitments.
Please please please don't take any upgrade because believe me even their managers are lying sack of *. All of them will make various false claims but no one will fulfill any of their claims.
5. They will keep making long claims of making daily profit of rs 10000 with capital of rs30000 but remember if this was true then they wouldn't be begging us to take their plans rather they would be busy printing money.
6. Please always keep your call recorder software enabled so you can record their conversations. I did this and i am going to sebi with this which i am very hopeful about.
Always keep copies of invoices and keep every possible record of any transaction or interaction with them.
I am going to sebi with all proofs and hope that some other victim like me, out there, will go to sebi with proofs. Only then sebi will take any action against them.
I am attaching all invoices as proof of my claims.
