I ordered a mattress from the company emma during first week of December 2020.its now over 36 days and still no updates.They say its some kind of logistics issue but this much of delay is unacceptable.the customer service do reply through whatsapp but they haven't solved anything yet, just false assurances.They are not even letting me get a refund.Looks like pure scam to me.I fear i hav lost 25, 000
