We ordered a mattress of queen size after we opened the mattress The mattress size which I ordered was wrong, so I requested them for return and asked for refund . They mailed me after 1 week our courier person will come and collect the mattress. After collection of mattress later one week they will deposit the 20k to my account, but I paid 22.5k . They are charging 2.5k for transport .
The main problem is it’s been 2 months still no one has come to collect the mattress and my EMI also started after I paid the first Emi . I mailed them to repay my amount but they are paying only 5000₹ remaining they will pay after collecting the mattress, but From courier side nobody is working on this . Very worst customer support team. I’m not happy with this EMMA mattress company . With this mattress I am getting back pain also not so good mattress for sleeping Was this information helpful? |
