Sir i made the payment of social security officer on 23rd september. My registration no is[protected].
While making payment amount was deducted from my account, but transaction was failed, when i checked the payment status it shows payment failure, so i made the payment again. And i have been debited twice for single form submittion, so please kindly refund the money.

Very very worst, bledy ESIC hospitality. Too much time taking process to get any treatments. There are worst rules and timings for scannings, blood tests & any services. If we go to ESIC hospital as a patient, dead body will come out. If we go as an attender to patient, definitely we will come out as a patient. This is the worst ESIC hospitality.
