Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — family details update on esic portal

We from sofomation energy consultant pvt ltd (Our esic employer code is[protected], we have around more than 60 employees in our company who are covered under esi, however only few employee's family details has been updated, and for rest we are not able to update the family details kindly look into this issue at the earliest. Also please let us know how we can get esic smart card for our employee
