Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — if you not providing good services so why make role deductions esic

I have submitted my file 8 months ago. I have already call customer care and also visited kolhapur esic office but they are saying they don't have any track of my file. What should i do now. Its very disappointing service from esic department, please help me with this.
Esic is helpless, bad services, if you not providing good services so why make roles for companies for compalsation of esic deductions.
