Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — misbehaving at reception

I have been to the reception of esic model hospital, lakshmi nagar, ajmer road jaipur. There is a male receptionist handling the registrations of patients whose behaviour is a pathetic. His tone is harsh and he don't know how to behave if someone ask question to him. I also ask him to behave politely and keep his tone appropriate. He asked guards to kick me out of hospital. We argued because first he asked to go dispensary and get the referred from doctor over there. I had been to dispensary and one ma'am had given me prescription and asked to go and register. I again been there and he started shouting on me, damaged my esic card and asked to go to doctor and get it referred. I again asked him to be polite and ask you staff to provide proper and correct information. I ask him his employee id and name and he denied to provide it and said do whatever you want. I have a question to the management. If such kind o[censored]nethical people are handling reception of such a big hospital then how poor people who pay their hard earned money to government to look after them indeed and in need going to survive. Please take that action again him otherwise reputation of this hospital will be in vain soon.
