Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — regarding timing and their systems are not proper

I am chinmaya kumar sahoo, from bhubaneswar my mom is on dylasis from last 5years but each time when i am gone for renewal letter the esic medical has change some thing they are open from 8.30 to 11.30 if some one has any emergency they don't listen anything. I have have gone also superintendent but he is telling that what can i do i can't do any thing also they don't have staff so it's very difficult happening there. Pls resolve the problem immediately.
