Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — service regarding issue

I visit yesterday for dental problem, dr prescribed me to do my blood test, i went to lab but they didn't take my blood sample bcz time is over it was 3pm. Today i visit again at 11am but today also they can't take blood sample bcz 100 no. S of sample already collected. As a private company's employee we can't visit here two or three day regularly. One part of our monthly salary is deducted for our treatment but if we visit for then here it is very critical job, waste of time, lost of two, three days wages

Dear sir,
my wife is esic hospital admit .esic dispensary in kota (rajasthan)
doctor is good & better response but word nursing staff & sister is not good behavior . i have more question but sister (nurding staff) ignore .

please arrange is good nursing staff and butter behavior.

Doctors didn't care about patients even after 2days joining if we ask why the doctor late they are using very bad words towards patients
