Doctor never came on time. Todays we are waiting for doctor till 10:30 am but the time is 8 am and all other workers move here and there no one is on their respective seats. On enquiry for details like doctor why late they reply only i dont know it is not our responsibility to get inform why he is late. They all behave like we are begging in front of them and they are giving us free service. We are paying for that every month money is deducted from our salary against this service and this is our rights.

Dear Sir,

I was sick in the month of Feb'17 due to Typhoid. i had took the treatment from Dispensary and i proceeded for the claim which is for the unemployment days.i visited the branch office about 56 times but no proper response has been given by the employees. Kindly resolve the issue and credit to my account
