This is bring to u r kind attention that we are the holder of ESI insurance .In my Esi dispensary dr anita who is a medical officer there who treat the patients very rudely.she never given right suggest to patient and never listen to patient .She treat patient like a criminal. We hope that please take a strick action against her. Thanks

due to injury in my family member i go esic despencery no.5, peper mill gate yamunanagar to take medicine but staff not permited to give medicine . And in my esi id card and on computer show despencery no. 5 but they not allow to give medicne.
