Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — very poor service at esic maniktala, kolkata

1.My mother facing LS SPINE problem(L4 and L5) at last one year. She cannot walk as well.
2.Suggestion was taken from Dr soumyajit Basu. He is a spine specialist and one of the best doctor inproblema. He suggest of my mother for surgery.
3.My father is under ESIC facility. Ref IP card no:[protected]
4. We visit at maniktala ESIC hospital of twice time but they are not taken seriously about this matter. Only medicine suggest.
5. Last one year lot of medicine adhere by my mother but nothing was happened.
6. We cannot travels day by day with my mother. She facing more pain and cannot walk as well.
7.so I request to you to solve my problem. The matter is serious.
