1st time i'm went to podanur esi for over back headache on 11oct19, i consult doctor, they refer to eye check & ear checkup to varatharajapuram head esi, today i went there 1st of all staff behaviour very roude, eye checkup over they told no issue & after ear checkup also over no issues, but i have problem in back head checking treatment wrongly, we are paying money every month but no use,

All the esi staff not attending duty at right time . The actual time of the staff for attending duty is 9:00 am
But its already 10:00am, no doctor, no medicine issuer attented the duty.
All the patients are waiting outside for the doctor arrival.
Please slove the problem as the patients should be able to cure in time..

I went on 25th Sep. The attender was asking the money to me for meet with dr. And no medicines available go outside medical shop and buy it there. The dr wrote 4 medicines and the 3 medicines not available. We took 1 medicines only in there. This was happening always and we believe esi hospital we are not believing.
