My issue is duplicate employee name with different insurance no. in contribution history (Contribution Statement Attached)
We did not create such ESIC no's neither it’s found in Employee list & Counter foil.(List Attached for your reference)

Cancel the ESIC Challan for the month of Feb-18

I am vikas kumar my personal detail and family detail not update in ESIC site due ESIC site note working properly before two months to still. I am tired to conveyance my employer. Employer says ESIC site not working.

So, i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
