She was fired from Advent
She is only suitable for jobs where she has to do nothing and will get salary every months. During her tenure with Advent she has given nil revenue and when asked to perform well she resign. No notice was served to us by her and when we have not deducted her last month salary as she was a fresher and we dont as she was a kid and has a long way to go and this is our only mistake of Advent as it work from heart not from mind. She was not given her incentives because she has not given any sale to the company and we were not satisfied with her work. and everybody has to understand that incentives are variable component in salary and is absolutely performance based or sales based.
She in hand is saying that other employee has not been given salary for last 3 months and on other hand is saying that she has been given her salary of 4355.
No companies can pay without performance without long duration.
We will very soon will lodge a complain against her for damaging our reputation and will sue her in court of law.

She has contributed Nil revenue to Advent during her tenure and has been fired.
She has written that she has received Rs.4355 and is also saying that she has not been paid till now. She need some psychologist as she is talking .
She in one hand has said that other employees has not been paid in Advent, and on other hand has said that she has received Rs.4355 for working for 1 months.
She is saying that her appointment letter was issued for Rs.4500 and later they have changed it to 6000. We have heard a lot about this employee and we believe that she has used some wrong way to enhance it to 6000.
We heard first time from her that companies provide incentives for back office jobs also. Actually she was doing a job of a tele caller and has performed very bad with nil revenue so no incentives was provided to her. Why should we.
We have seen some of her recent post in consumer forum and found that she need proper education as she has a very little educational qualification to work in companies like Advent
We will not recommend this employee to any other companies.
