[Resolved]  CMS Info Systems Private Limited, — PF Withdrawal not done

Dear sir, i have worked with cms infosystem pvt ltd and resigned on 25 april. i also filled my pf form and get one acknowledgement which i am attaching with this mail, still there is know further information about my pf withdrawel please resolve the issue.
