For the last 2 years i am struggling to change /modifying basic details DOB in spite of submitting all necessary certificates true copy of DOB ensuring no stone unturned .
i would request you kindly to speak to them and get the things done please.
i am seriously in pain please great help from you ASAP. Still it is not done properly i would request you kindly to help me to make these modifications.
As i have enclosed the necessary copies for changes and references .

i am seriously in pain in spite of my request to them it falls on deaf ear please help me to get change DOB at the earliest .
