We are a Human Resourse Consultant & working with Donear Industries as a recuitment Consultant. We had received a mail from Sangeeta Dsouza - HR Manager - Donear Industires regarding opening for Operations Co ordinator for Freshmentors saying that Freshmentors belongs to one of the directors of Donear Industries & the payment of our recruitment services will be paid by Donear Industries. The candidate's name is Dipesh kapoor whom we had placed in Freshmentors. Freshmentors belongs to Sonia Agarwal - one of the director of Donear Industries & Natasha Jain - one of the director of Labomed India. Dipesh kapoor was working on the payroll of Labomed India as Freshmentors is just a startup company. Dipesh Kapoor had joined Freshmentors in the month of 3rd March 2013 & when we raised the invoice HR Manager - Sangeeta Dsouza, Sonia Agarwal & Natasha Jain shows us a false resignation letter of Dipesh Kapoor saying that the last day of working of Dipesh kapoor was 15th April 2013. When today on 9th May 2013 we enquired with some of the senior people in labomed India we came to know that Dipesh Kapoor is still working with labomed India & Freshmentors.
Do we accept such kind of Fraudulent behaviour in our Human Resource Industry where we try to make things work with transparency, trust & faith. Was this information helpful? |
