Please be cautious about Hackett group India Ltd based out of Hyderabad. They will make you sign a employment contract of 30 months on the pretext of providing you employment. The HR will take advantage of your reasons of leaving your current organization. The company is in a very bad state in line of Oracle and SAP based projects. They have closed the Oracle wing and asked the employees working on Oracle apps to find a new job or change the platform on signing an additional contract of 21/2 yrs. The company does'nt have sufficient projects. Its main business is Advisory and research. In case of breach of contract you will have to pay an amount of 3 lakh rupees. Many innocent youth in search of employment fall pray to such companies. They will bounce your blank cheques(which they collect at the time of joining) in case you leave the organization without proper relieving orders. They will file a criminal complaint against you and your guarantor after bouncing your respective cheques.
