i am Ajay Mulchand Choudhari i worked in I9 Infocom Pvt Ltd"from Dec. 2007 to Sept 2011, then our company don't have any project, so they requested to resign to all employee.i left my job from previous company on "Sept 2011" during that time we have salary pending from that company, each employee have around Rs.50, 000. many times we asked and mailed but their is no response, after 3 months we submitted the PF form to our previous company. we waited almost 1 year still the PF amount and the salary are not credited. last time i requested my PF balance in EPFO website, they sent a message The EPF balance of EE Amt :Rs.24909 and ER Amt:7627 as on[protected]Accounts updated up-to 31/03/2010). What does it mean? Is my previous company only updated the amount up to 2010?i worked their from 2009 to 2011 .How Can i proceed to get the PF amount(at least)? please help me...

i9 infocom pvt. ltd. — pending amount & no job
Dear Sir,i am brajesh kumar singh from jaipur, i am parmanent employ of i9 infocomm pvt.ltd. channei. but company is not giving my pending amount(approx 45000) up to 5 Feb.2011, my pending money from october2010 to 5 Feb. or after 5 Feb2011 company was not project , so project manager vivek is always told, i will call you. please wait. 9 month is going to complete without job. but nothin happend , nither pending amount nor job ,what should i do. please tell me.
