This company id'sign Technologies in ameerpet is a bad company they will take the interviews and tell they will call .
they will never call after completing the system test also. here 6 months fresher will take the interviews... NEVER join this company...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS COMPANY.

I agreee with your points..

There is no job gaurantee in idsigntechnologies.. There are 70+ employees are changed for only in the span of 3 years. They wont give you notice period .. More Over they"ll collect original certificates of your higher degree..And Clients os this company uses vulgar vocal and words on employees ..
