I have joined the organization Loop IT Methods Pvt. Ltd. in February 2012. At the time of joining, i was told that i will get my joining letter at the time of joining the organization by the Director of the company Mr. Rajesh Rishi. But after passing 15 months, I have received no appointment or joining letter. Whenever i remind him about the appointment letters, he give give wonderful excuses, which are continue after 15 months. Here in this organization, i have seen 20 employees, which are now left 7 only. There is no HR Policy of the company. Every thing is run according to own
profit. After two months of my joining, company started to deduct 5% of my salary as a security deposit. It was agreed that after every six months, this amount will be re-imbused, but nothing is done in this favor even not discussed. Whenever any one want to leave the organization, he is tortured badly. The all related task of HR is taken care by the Director Mr. Rajesh Rishi. The company not give the relieving letter nor the salary. And the employee is forced to work and exploited. Please note that salaries are distributed two months late. How can anyone survive under these conditions. How difficult it is to go any where for career growth without any company documents.


Please suggest me the way to get my joining letter, relieving letter and salary.
