Sub :- Request for claim of luggage of Rs.60075 of claim no 4010/NCOA/CORP

With due request I would like to tell you that I M.Shabadi EX HAV( ACP Nb.SUB) of NO :[protected]N that till now I have not received the amount of luggage claim although it had been a long time since I retired in JULY.
I would like to inform you that even I have written to your main office a lot of times as reffered on following dates :-
LETTER DATE:-12/7/2013
LETTER DATE:-25/3/2013
LETTER DATE:-16/8/2013
LETTER DATE:- 09/8/2013
I have written so many letters but no action seems to be taken yet which is very discouraging for me I have lost hope in it now.
It is already too late to receive the dues.
I even talked to some of the official persons in this matter but it seems of no worth. I talked to Hav.Wanarsi on 22/11/2013 and Hav.Srinivas(TASK CLK) which raised as a ray of hope for me.

I would kindly request you to take some further action towards regaining me my claim of Rs.60075 as soon as possible as I am in the need of same amount badly.

I hope you will do the needful work in this matter. I shall be very thankful if I receive the amount immediately.

Respected Sir, I No 15361441X Ex Hav (ACP NB SUB) Unni Krishnan Nair P Residing at Paurnami, Panangodu, Venganur (PO) Trivandrum (Dist) Kerala... Pin - 695 523 was retired on 01 Feb 2012. My complaint is My transportation of luggage claim was sanctioned by PCDA, Allahabad vide their letter No Rly/cl/IX/1442/78/SD dated 02 Mar 2012. The same was not credited till date.In this fact, am facing heavy financial loss on the amount of Rs 28, 412/-. Am also contact with Ledger 10, PDC Claim Sec & JCDA about this matter. The officials are info me the case now fwd to NER Group, Signal Records for further action. Sub: Non Payment of Luggage Claim

Respected Sir,

I No[protected]X Hony Nb/Sub (Retd) Ashok Kumar Kamila retired on 01 Sep 2011. The Principal Controller of Accounts (Fys) Kolkata has sanctioned Rs 35513/- vide their letter No-Rly/CL/IV/1462/1563 dt 15 Mar 2012. The sanctioned voucher has been issued in favour of PAO (ORs) Corps of Signals Jabalpur (MP) vide their regd letter No-526/W/R/A2 dt 12 Jan 2012.But the said amount has not been credited in my account till date.
