Hello Saverne,
I am Roshan D'souza and have been working at Symbiosis Network for nearly two years. During this period I have had a very fruitful experience. There was lot of learning from my Seniors. Even and I have had the opportunity to guide a few juniors. even when their performance was down we give a lot of encouragements, counseling and make sure they rise in their performance. we try our best to keep our staff.
Many people who joined our organization as Freshers have grown in the profession and are heading the function at MNC's.
If you have any valid and credible facts which support your view please give it and we will take necessary action. otherwise i request you to withdraw this unverified complaint.

I have checked the data of the Freelancers that were employed by Symbiosis and I do not find anyone with you name having worked here.
If you were employed by us please give us the following information.
1. What was the period of your employment.
2. Who was the team leader who was assigned to you.
3. give the name of the candidate you claim to have placed. in which company, his role, and his candidate number.
4. What was the official email-id given to you.
I am sure you do not have any of the answers to the above.
I request you to withdraw this complaint and do not indulge in wild allegations.

Symbiosis Network Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed recruitment organization. This seems like a fake complaint raised by competitors or someone who was rejected and has just updated a hate post.
@kumarshivaas Going by your language in the complaint, I don't think its possible for you to work in recruitment, and definitely not in Symbiosis. I have not worked there but have interacted with employees and it is a well-established company with a strong network of MNC and other organizations for recruitment.
Please don't spread hate messages like this, it is highly unprofessional.
