I am Rahavan R, I worked there for few months, As stated by few others in this forum, This company is a fraud company operated in small house owned by them. I was told that they will build a team while hiring process and provide corporate training for 3 months which was a lie.
I was given knowledge transfer to take over the work carried out by my coworker who was pregnant, who was forced to pay a lumsum to getback her degree certifiicate. HR and the management will be unprofessional with their employees and threaten the employees by holding their degree certificate.
Each employee will be asked to sign a contract for 2 years and surrender their degree certificate while joining. I was not financial well to do background, I joined the company surrendering my certificate for my bread and butter and to fulfill family needs.
I was forced to resign, therefore company will pay nothing and I was asked to pay training cost of Rs.30000 and give away my one salary. Since I signed a bond/contract. I have all proof to justify each of statements. I paid the amount to get back my certificate.
They hire people who from poor financial background who cannot fight back. Its 100 percent trap. these kind people have no moral and should definitely punished.
