Hi All,
Our Society, Kanakia Levels based at Malad east has Schindler lifts & we have AMC contract with Schindler India since past almost 3 years.
We are largely unsatisfied with the quality of the product and worse customer service received from Schindler India.
The entire Schindler India team has been very casual in their attitude. We have in all 11 lifts including all Wings. In case of any break down it takes more than 45 days to resolve the issue.
At present also our one lift is in non-working condition since last 30 days. Every time when we ask them they keep on giving new excuses like part not available. Its not yet come from China etc.
They are very expert in giving excuses.
We would like to make Schindler International aware of the on goings at Schindler India so that the house team is put in order and more customers like us do not suffer
I would like to warn to all the readers of this site to not get carried out with Schindler India brand name and look at other alternatives if possible.
In case you still decide to give business to Schindler India, make sure you have a penalty clause for delay in restoration of lift. Was this information helpful? |
