I had sent some of my certificates from japan to malappuram on 21/06/2018 via ems. It reached chennai in two days and from there it reached cochin on 26/06/2018. But the parcel has not reached malappuram yet. It was in sorting center yesterday and now it is showing 'retention'. Why is it taking this long time?
