My DSC is pending and is not approved yet, it's showing pending from partner - DSP PENDING.
before applying your team always calls and tells you to take the same but after applying they don't support you, please approve it fast I need it immediately. Application number[protected]

My DSP approval is pending from past week. It is very urgent for me.
It is extremely important for me to get as soon as possible to apply for e-tender.
I have made the payment on 29th Sept and I was told within 2 days i will get my DSC with approval.
Please take this on priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

Emudhra advertises that it will issue DSC in 15 minutes but my DSC application. 14621127 Is showing DSP approval pending even after 2 days. It's very urgent and despite of sending mail reminder DSC not yet issued. Very bad service. Even the customer care number is not working. Very bad response. Atleast they can refund my amount.

DSP Approval Pending for DSC[protected]. I have some urgent works to be completed. The Customer Care number given is coming as wrong number. Please help.

I'm Surprised that a reputed organization can provide such a pathetic service to a customer, I tried best of my knowledge to reach you by calls and alternate ways as well, fortunately my queries are getting simply dragged without providing a single step towards the solution, I'm facing hell lot of issues while using the certificates and we are at loss of our time which is considerably affecting, looking forward for a solution.

I have ordered for digital signature tokens on 11 Aug 2021. Tax invoice has been generated by the company on same date with invoice no. 29CH21081308. The amount has been paid by debit card through the link on website. Total amount paid is Rs. 1298. The order is being shown as dispatched since long time. It's 21 Sep 2021 now and the waiting time is beyond reasonable. With no formal process to report the issue, the company is unworthy of making any transaction with. I kindly request you to take actions and make the company deliver the products to my address, which is shared with the company on order date.

My Application ID 12682587 is pending for DSP approval for more than 3 weeks. please approve.

We purchased emudhra certificate on October 2020. Recently we got an error as user blocked.So We contacted emudhra's customer service representative on 8th June and he said he will get back to us with a new certificate since the account was blocked and our token was formatted by him. There was a technical issue due to which he was unable to download new certificate then. Also since he had formatted the token, another certificate whose expiry was in Nov 2021 was also gone. Now we are unable to submit our taxes and participate in e-tenders, and emudhra is not reissuing our certificate also. Our certificate expiry was till 2023 October. This is a fraudulent service and they're now asking us to pay the entire amount once again for reissuing.
Recommend others not to purchase from them. There are better service providers like tender tiger.

Applied for dsc and received on 23 november 2020 but after verification dsc not yet active, no landline for communication with emudhra limited. My application id is 11246553. Please resolve as early as poosible as its been 4 months still no call received from emudhra customer support for any help

Subject : organization name in digital signature class iii is not as per application form & gst registration certificate

Dear consumer helpdesk,
I have online applied for digital signature class iii, emudhra application no. 9878178 and digital signature certificate was issued on 5th may.

While using the dsc token on 14th may, spelling mistake in organisation name was observed in the issued digital signature certificate.

As per application form & gst registration certificate was submitted organisation name is singson electrical, in issued digital signature certificate organisation name is singon electrical, [ (S) is missing ]

I informed emudhra team that the organization name mentioned in application form is not the same in downloaded dsc. Kindly do the correction and reissue the dsc as per name mentioned in application form as this mistake is from your side.

In place of accepting the mistake emudhra team has repeatedly replied that once certificate is downloaded no data changes can be made in the application. Hence, we (Emudhra) request you to procure new certificate with correct details.

As the digital signature is a vital document of e-identity and it is mandatory that before issuing emudhra should inspect & check the document before issuing the digital signature certificate, hence no appropriate inspection and checking is done by emudhra and without inspection emudhra have issued the digital signature certificate.

I request consumer helpline team to interfere and instruct emudhra to do the correction in organization name and issue the corrected digital signature certificate.

We hope for your valued support to resolve the issue at the earliest, as without digital signature certificate we are not in position to participate in any government tender process, esic approvals and upcoming income tax submission.

I am Santosh Kumari, apply for the reissuing of PAN Card in the month of December 2015. My application date is[protected].
My reference number is[protected]
They didn't contact me for more then 30 days.. So i asked them about the status on[protected].. That why didn't i receive the PAN Card yet !!
They told that your name is mismatched.. And when i cross check then the names seems to be fine.. They start telling me to take printout and then send then a scanned copy after signing it..
I just want to say them that i am senior citizen now.. and i do not have that much effort to take printout from cyber cafe...
I just don't want to use eMudhra services..
SO I ASK THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY ON[protected]..

Then they told that refund will not be possible after 45 days of receiving the physical application.
But as i cross check. its not 45 days yet since they receive the physical application.

I AGAIN ASK THEM THAT ITS NOT 45 DAYS YET. SO KINDLY INITIATE THE REFUND REQUEST.
Then they told me to call their executive on help line number[protected].. when i made a call, their executive told me that refund policy is not available.

I MEANT THEY DIDN'T STAND ON THEIR POLICIES..
VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH eMudhra !!

Dear Sir, I have Applied 6 months back PAN Card through emudhra Online i paid they ask me to send hard copy to their office whatever they asked with profs i sent . whenever i will ask we sent to UTA we will get back to You . after some time they will say ur father name spelling miss match forthat also i have given prof what they asked then they processed . 6 months over still same proble they saying not giving money back also . please help me out Thank you, Regards, Pavana

I paid for new PAN card via http://www.applypanonline.com/ But later found some complaints on internet about this website as I did not receive my PAn card yet. Is it a fake website? But when we call people do receive and talk but no proper solution or answer.

I have applied for corrections in pan card on 24th May 2015, but didn't receive my pan card yet.
