Emudra — Wrong transaction done for Rs 1500/- mistakenly and the same requesting to return- Reg

I have made a transaction to emudra via phone pay on 04.01.2023 for Rs 1500/- for the purpose of monthly dues for icici credit card. As a default, eMudra account details have been saved on my phone pay in the symbol of 'i' and thought that it's an ICICI credit card a account number and i have done the transaction. After few days i got a message that the above was due. Then i realised that the amount was credited to eMudra mistakenly. Soon after i visited icici nearest bank they said that the amount is pending under eMudra then i contacted to eMudra service agent and sent all the details but they conveyed that such transaction was not yet done. Intentionally they are doing the same.
