[Resolved]  ENARAI FINANCE LIMITED — Non refund of Fixed Deposit amount

I had invested Rs 10, 000, in this Company as Fixed Deposit for a term of One Year Vide FDR No: FNS/BAN/500256 dated 31.12.1996. A letter was sent to the official Liquidator -Mumbai High Court with a sworn affidavit on 12.01.2000. There has been no reply, and I do not know to whom should I approach A copy of the letter sent to the MD of the Co was returned undeliverd.
