I have ordered a cricket bat from endeavour bat manufacturer (Instagram). I paid 10, 000 rupees. They said that they were going to send me a grade 1 english willow bat. However, they sent me a cheap kashmir willow bat worth 200 rs. I have been texting them for over 3 months now. I also said that i was going to return their bat to them, but they have just blocked me on all the social media sites. I am okay with either refund or my correct product. Please help me with this. I do have their pan card information, their bank account details and all the details about them. Hey Satinder, They sent me a broken Kashmir willow bat. It is of no use for me. It’s a kids size bat. I live in US so couldn’t do much about it. Please let me know if you are planning to file a police complaint about it. I have proofs of transactions and other details as well.

He is fraud and I think we all should take this up to Meerut police via Twitter or email to them.

Same is thr case with me. This guy piyush Gupta took the payment and has now stopped replying to my calls and messages. If there is a way to get our money back we should persue it.

I got the bat but it was not the obe he showed me...its a crappy one not sure if its even an English willow...also the bat is not at all to the specifications...we should find a way to complain about this guy...right now there is no way we can expose him...he does. Ot have a website, instagram is the iss only window from where he operates...and any negative comments I post gets deleted...he should bot be in business...

I was cheated too. They took money for Grade A+ limited edition English Willow Bat but sent me a Kashmir Willow Bat. They took my Bat specifications but sent one plain Bat not matching my specifications at all. I paid Rs.11000 for that Bat and released its nit worth at all. The Bat broke during Nets practise. Now they are not picking my calls and not replying ti my message.
The similar incident has happened to me as well. I paid in advance on 10th November and gave specifications for B+ turbo english willow bats. After numerous followups, i got my bats after 45 days and it did not match the specifications nor the grade, bats are already cracking up, does not look like leather ball bat. have sent numerous messages on whatsapp and instagram. does not reply.

I ordered my bats on 10th of November, and paid full money in advance $420 including shipping charges. Haven't received anything, they are not responding to my messages.
I want to do something to stop them from cheating people. Their main way of advertisement is by instagram and YouTube. If we want to do something, we have to act on those. Atleast save other people from being cheated.

Seems like i got scammed too. I talked to a guy name Piyush Gupta and ordered a English willow from Canada and Paid 20K in Indian currency for grade A English willow.
He seemed a decent guy and wasn't pushing to place the order when I was talking over phone. So my gut fell was they can be trusted, which was oblivious a very very wrong decision form my part.
he showed me couple pictures of the bat after placing the order and thats it. No responses after that. I tried to communicate over phone but every time either he doesn't pick the call or says he gonna call me soon because he is busy now.
really dont know what to do but one thing for sure writing our stories here doesnt gonna help at all. We need to take initiative and somehow get help from local authorities. I am goona shhot an YouTube video exposing him/Them for sure.

I ordered bat on 25th December 2019 one plus one offer. Paid 7000/- they sent me wrong bats (crap kashmir willow bats). I had to beg for their address for months. Finally they gave address. I sent them the bats back. And from that day till today no reply.

Any update on this? Did anyone receive a refund from this guy? I’ve paid him $3000 CAD for 9 bats. Stopped responding to my calls and messages. Haven’t received anything, been over 45 days.
