Further during my leaving of this company they did not clear my Salary of Rs.30, 000.00 deduction of PF 1, 800.00 every month for the month of March 2017, also when asked for PF claim they have not responding.
Meanwhile as they did not give my salary i had collected payment form customer Rs.17, 000.00, which i wanted to return back but seeing the situation I kept it myself.
Now they are harassing me by sending filthy messages whenever I ask for these. They have cheated me in not giving my PF number also.
