We bought a li- ion battery for our electric cycle on[protected]. Battery specs are Entrox 48V 10AH lithium battery. Battery was not able to bear even the minimum load. We tried contacting the number listed on the invoice but no one is answering. This battery needs a refund. Please look into this.
